Holiday celebrations are a wonderful time for everyone. Note how we said everyone? That includes all the people in our lives who are watching their sugar! More often than not they dolefully stare at desserts while everyone digs in or take a small bite and pretend that it’s good enough. Now with this Orange Stevia Cheesecake they can also enjoy a delicious meal start to finish!
This Orange Stevia Cheesecake is made using a combination of Stevia and Orange Flavorall. Both of these are all natural products which will really appeal to all those trying to get away from sugar and artificial sweeteners! The crust is deliciously nutty and gluten free, but if you have a go to crust recipe then feel free to substitute it out! The cheesecake filling itself is creamy and has a subtle sweetness from the Orange Flavorall and a little bit of Orange Juice. Pile some of your favourite food on top and celebrate with each bite!

Stevia Orange Cheesecake with a Gluten Free Crust
For the Crust:
1 1/4 cup finely ground almonds
1 1/4 cup finely ground walnuts or pecans
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tbsp. Greeniche Stevia Powder
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp. milk
8) 1/2 tsp instant coffee (optional)
For the Cheesecake Filling:
16 oz. cream cheese (2 blocks)
1 tbsp. Greeniche Stevia Powder
5 tbsp. Orange Flavorall
Zest of an orange
4 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 cups Raspberries (or other fruit you like!)
A little runny honey (optional)
1) Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
2) Combine all the filling ingredients, mixture will be soft and crumbly.
3) Press into springform pan and bake at 325 for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
4) Let cool for 4 hours before adding cheesecake filling.
1) Whip cream cheese until smooth
2) Add orange zest, orange juice, 1 tbsp. of stevia, orange flavorall, mix well
3) Add whipping cream and beat well. Mixture will become fluffier.
4) Adjust sweetness with a little more Flavorall if needed
5) Pour into cooled crust, let set for 4 hours, top with fruit and serve.
